Publishing Our Medical and Dental CRM / SaaS Application

Our medical and dental CRM / SaaS application has the following features:


-  Doctor /Dentist Newsletters and Email Marketing:

  • As a doctor or dentist, you can send your current new about you and your clinic as newsletter to your patients every two weeks to stay on contact with them.

  • Newsletters may include the doctor’s work, training, college degrees, certifications, his upcoming time-off, changing clinic address, or getting a new job.

  • Doctor or clinical user can add up to six photos for each doctor such as clinic photos, a doctor’s/dentist’s photo, and work photos.

  • Doctor or clinical user can also add a link to this newsletter for a video that was already uploaded on Internet.

  • When patients receive the newsletter email, they can see four links where they can share the doctor’s website or business webpage with friends on social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+. The doctor needs to have his website or business webpage to display these four links.


-  Medical/Dental Survey:

  • The medical and dental surveys was created by our research team to include 14 important questions related to doctor, clinic, and staff.

  • This is a secured survey that patients can take when their doctors send them the link with unique PIN numbers. Once completed, it cannot be taken again unless the doctors resend the link to the patients.

  • Clinical user can find the patients who haven’t completed the survey.

  • The survey report has the option to load all results for patients who took the survey, or choose some results based on start and end dates.

  • The survey report has option for the doctor or clinical user to copy and paste the link of patients' review for each doctor. This link can be used in any website, business webpage, or social media.

  • The survey report provides each doctor and clinical user with the list of patients who have with bad experience, where the clinic may contact them directly and individually to learn more about their experience or issues.

  • The survey report includes qualitative data for open ended questions and Natural language processing (NLP), AI algorithm integrated in the application to find offensive or inappropriate reviews. Those reviews can be reported to the site admin by clinical users.

  • If the doctor or dentist gets all positive reviews and rating of 5 stars with more than 100 patients, his website or business webpage can be shared with other doctors or dentists on this platform with the same specialties as sharing experience.


-  Patient Results’ Report:

  • Patient’s results report and decryption private key can be emailed to patient after completing the medical/dental survey.

  • Clinical user has the option to email the patient’s results report if needed. The results can be encrypted or in the original texts.

Future Enhancement for the CRM Application:

  • Plan to include data security (data encryption and decryption) in all fields in the application and database that contain sensitive data.

  • Plan to add appointment booking including AI techniques to help patients with their exact medical or dental needs and first available doctor with the closest clinic.
